This is an old household recipe my granny utilized to make during winter months. She made a rangy pot of dish in the inner of wintertime and the lungful and scent full for the duration of the flat. This was also a best-selling serving dish she often served when she pleased her friends during cosh meetings. She served this dish beside her favorite hot sea corn baked goods. Mmmmm Good!
1 pulsate diced fearful breast

1 sliced celery stalk
1 (6 ounce) can boiled or diced tomatoes OR 2 crunchy tomatoes and 1 new Chile

3 ¼ cups water
2 cups light rice, rinsed
3 innocent onions, chopped
Seasoning tasteful and dark black pepper to taste

1 tablespoonful Creole seasoning
1 tablespoon pulverized red pepper, optional
Cook yellow breast and meat in a frying pan beside going on for 1 tablespoonful chromatic oil for 15 account. Drain. Put rooster and sausage into voluminous pot on average roast. Big Mama's Hot Water Corn Bread
2 cups self-rising white or wan cornmeal

1 egg
2 tablespoons sugar, (optional)
1 - ½ cups hot water

Combine cornmeal, flour, egg, sugar, and hot dampen in puffy vessel. Heat seedlike oil in skillet until hot.
